About Plamann Park

Plamann Park has 257 acres of scenic hills and trails. The park offers many activities for all seasons. Browse our website to find the various things to do at Plamann Park.

Plamann ParkOur Children's Farm is a summertime favorite. There are several baby animals on loan from local farms in the area and take up residence at the Children's Farm all summer long. The animals can be viewed and petted by visitors from outside the fence. Feeding of the animals by the visitors is not permitted because of the special diets.

By our Children's Farm, there are many educational walking trails to take. Our Cow Path is a path shaped like a cow. It was created by an Eagle Scout and is 1,745 ft. long.

The Bird Trail is shaped like a chickadee and as you walk the trail you can read the signs about birds native to this area. There is also a Butterfly Trail and Waystation. This was made with education in mind. As you walk you can learn interesting facts about butterflies, their behaviors and their environment. Don't forget your binoculars!

Plamann Park also has a 5-star rated 27-hole disc golf course. This course has been voted "Best in the Valley" in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Apart from our Children's Farm trails, we have many self-guided nature and hiking trails through the woods and prairies alike.
